Michael Sanders is the Founder of Accelerating Wellness where he helps individuals, groups, and organizations to optimize their health, productivity, and performance. As a Bredesen-trained wellness coach, he specializes in helping individuals prevent cognitive decline.
Michael is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with training from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, The Institute for Functional Medicine, Duke University’s Center for Integrative Medicine, and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. He holds other coaching certifications from The Newfield Network, The Strozzi Institute, and the Institute for Generative Leadership. Michael received his MBA from Fordham University and his undergraduate degree from Boston University.
Michael is the author of the forthcoming book, Integral Wellness: The 7 Practices for Optimized Health, Productivity & Performance.
Michael resides in Indianapolis with his dog, Mona. He enjoys an active lifestyle of biking, hiking, and Parkour. He loves taking long walks with friends in nature and connecting with the great outdoors as much as possible.
