aw hello (1).png

I became a health coach because I wanted to bring hope to people who believed that there was no hope. That is why I founded Accelerating Wellness where I help individuals and groups optimize their cognitive health and overall well-being. I specialize in helping clients implement Dr. Bredesen's protocols: Preventing Cognitive Decline (PreCODE) and Reversing Cognitive Decline (ReCODE).
I’m a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with training from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, The Institute for Functional Medicine, Duke University’s Center for Integrative Medicine, and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I’m also a Certified Somatic Coach through The Strozzi Institute. I’ve done ontological and leadership coursework with Newfield Network and the Institute for Generative Leadership. I received MBA from Fordham University and my undergraduate degree from Boston University.

Outside of work,I enjoy learning about all aspects of health, leadership and nature, having meaningful conversations with friends and family and being in the great outdoors. I recently moved to San Diego to be closer to my daughters, spend more time at the beach and hiking, and to live my own life with greater purpose, vitality and dignity.

One more thing… I’m writing a forthcoming book, Integral Wellness: The 7 Practices for Optimizing Hope, Well-being, and Cognitive Health.
