Michael Sanders is the Founder of Accelerating Wellness where he helps individuals, groups, and organizations to optimize their health, productivity and performance. As a Bredesen trained wellness coach, he specializes in helping individuals prevent cognitive decline.
Michael is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with training from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, The Institute for Functional Medicine, Duke University’s Center for Integrative Medicine, and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. He holds other coaching certifications from The Newfield Network and The Strozzi Institute. Michael received his MBA from Fordham University and his undergraduate degree from Boston University.
Michael is the author of the forthcoming book, Integral Wellness: The 7 Practices for Optimized Health, Productivity & Performance.
Michael resides in Indianapolis with his wife, three daughters, and his dog, Mona. He enjoys an active lifestyle of biking, hiking, and Parkour. He loves taking long walks and connecting with nature in the great outdoors as much as possible.
